THOMAS W. ARNDT

Tom received his Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph in 1992. He then obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1998. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000.

Tom's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation. He has acted in law suits at all levels of court in Ontario. Tom has also gained extensive corporate/commercial and securities law experience as corporate counsel to a large publicly traded corporation. He played a key role in enterprise risk litigation between that corporation and the Province of Ontario.

Tom is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Sir William Campbell House Foundation and a member of the Devil's Glen Ski Club.
