JUSTIN A. CONNIDIS

Justin obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1979 from Queen's University, where he stood first in a number of courses, including property, corporate and tax law and remedies. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1981 and joined the firm as counsel in 2005.

Justin practices business law with an emphasis on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings and real estate development. A recognized expert in his field, he has served as General Counsel of the Ontario Securities Commission, an adjunct professor at Queen's University Faculty of Law and as a speaker for the Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Institute, Insight Education Services and other prestigious organizations. Justin is also an experienced independent director and business person. He was a founding member of ClubLink Corporation and spearheaded its acquisition and development strategy.

Justin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The York Club, King Valley Golf Club and Kingston Yacht Club.
