DANIKA CRUICKSHANK

Danika Cruickshank is a Litigation Law Clerk specializing in Personal Injury. Danika works closely with Joseph Falconeri and the other members of the Personal Injury Group to provide an experienced, professional and compassionate approach to advocacy on behalf of their clients.

Danika has extensive experience with all aspects of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation and has a particular interest and expertise in dealing with head injuries and spinal cord injuries.

Danika is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Law Clerk Program, the Canadian Spinal Research Organization and the Ontario Brain Injury Association.
