DAVID J. GRAY

David received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 1990 and his Master of Business Administration from Concordia University in 1993. He then obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1997 from the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1999.

David has a broad-based business law practice and has particular expertise in franchising and licensing and distributing. David has extensive experience in representing franchisors and franchisees, licensors, licensees, lenders and landlords in all aspects of franchising, licensing and distribution law.

David is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. He is the firm’s representative to the Canadian Franchise Association and the International Franchise Association.
