MARC A. LEAN

Marc received his Bachelor of Arts from Victoria College at the University of Toronto in 1982. He then obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 1985. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1987.

Marc practices commercial real estate law, concentrating on the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial properties and multi-unit residential buildings. He has worked on the conversion of multi-unit residential buildings to condominiums as well as on new condominium projects. Marc also practices municipal law and appeared before the Ontario Municipal Board.

Marc is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
