Sports, Entertainment and Media

Members of our Sports, Entertainment and Media Group have advised and represented professional athletes and coaches, major sports figures, sports organizations, teams and various leagues. The Group also provides legal advice to player agents and sports management companies, working in conjunction with them to provide complementary services required by their clients. The Group is also able to assist in identifying and developing promotional opportunities for our clients.

In the entertainment field, members of the Group have represented broadcasters, film, video and record companies, special effects companies, concert promoters, ticket distribution agents, owners of entertainment facilities, artists, authors, dancers, musicians, actors, screenwriters, filmmakers and cultural institutions. The Group has also represented registered gaming suppliers, casinos and charitable gaming organizations. The strength of the Group is its understanding of the sports, entertainment and media fields, and the special needs of individual clients, and its ability to draw upon the services of other specialty Practice Groups with Aylesworth to meet those needs.
